BODY TRANSFORMATION

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING FOR BOTH ADULTS AND YOUTH

Similar to bootcamp, but on a more personal level. Group Training starts with a Styku 3D scan so our trainers have true numbers based on where you are right now. It is a true starting point. From there, a personalized plan is put into action to help each individual reach their fitness goals.

A total body workout that will challenge you in every way. Every workout of the month is different, so it’s guaranteed to keep things fresh. We are very good at modifying exercises to meet each client’s needs. Every fitness level is welcome.

The workouts are always challenging and as I’ve gotten stronger I continue to try and get more reps in, increase the weight I’m using, and work harder.
